This holiday season, we're spicing it up with these exciting flavors! Our boxes are perfect for sharing with anyone and everyone. Here are the flavors you'll receive this December:
Grand Marnier Burnt Sugar Orange Caramel
A burnt sugar caramel combined with 39% milk chocolate, orange essential oil, and a dash of Grand Marnier liqueur. Bursting with flavor, this not-so-subtle ganache is piped into a 39% milk chocolate shell. Pair with your favorite sparkling wine or dry riesling.
Merlot Wine Dark Chocolate
This Merlot Wine infused truffle presents notes of tart fruit, dried cranberries, and mixed spices. Our ganache is piped into a 70% dark chocolate shell.
Coffee Dark Chocolate
Finding the balance between a strong cup of coffee and the richness of a mocha, we take a 70% dark chocolate and combine it with a local coffee roaster, Slate coffee, infused cream. (Note: Slate's 'Under Pressure' light roast was chosen specifically for this truffle, because it paired perfectly with our dark chocolate).
Fresh Ginger Dark Chocolate
A warming ginger dark chocolate truffle. Made from fresh and powdered ginger, combined with cream and 70% dark chocolate.
Pure Dark Chocolate
This chocolate stands on its own. Without any extraneous and unnecessary elements, this Parisian inspired dark chocolate rectangle is made with 70% dark chocolate, a dash of cream, and a kiss of honey.
San Juan Salted Caramel
A soft and full-bodied caramel, coated in 70% dark chocolate and finished with sea salt from the San Juan Islands. Our caramel is not overly sweet, with a bold and smoky flavor profile.
