SPECIAL - Mezcal Dark Chocolate

Our 70% dark chocolate is blended with 100% Agave Espadin Mezcal. With only a touch of organic cream and butter used in this ganache, this perfect blend highlights the both the smoke and caramel notes in the mezcal.

Our truffles are hand-crafted in small batches and made with fresh, local and organic ingredients whenever possible. Please enjoy within 10 days of purchase. You can extend freshness by keeping refrigerated. Let chocolates reach room temperature before enjoying (about 2 hours after refrigeration). To preserve shelf life further (up to 6 months), seal entire box in an airtight plastic bag and place in freezer. When you are ready to enjoy your truffles, remove from freezer and wait 24 hours before opening the plastic bag.
